Practicing meditation has been scientifically proven to increase one's ability to handle stress, making it easier to manage. It can also enhance focus, leading to a deeper and more sustained state of concentration, while improving emotional balance and removing mental barriers that may limit creativity and imagination. However, establishing a regular meditation practice can be challenging, as it takes time to feel the benefits and is a highly subjective experience.

Mindland is a mindfulness and rewards platform designed to help users develop a consistent meditation habit. By tracking their meditation sessions, users can earn rewards that incentivize them to continue practicing. Additionally, users can earn in-app points by contributing to neuro tasks, helping to accelerate neuroscience research and business.

Through Mindland, we aim to make meditation more accessible and enjoyable for individuals while also contributing to the broader scientific community.

**Note: Mindland is currently under Pre-Beta Phase, so contents in the Litepaper could be changed in the future.**
